Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. There’s no minimum term. You pay a one-off deposit for the build and a monthly service fee after that.
Won’t it just be another system to manage?
No. We automate everything we sensibly can, from confirmations and reminders to follow-ups and reports, so the system does the work instead of adding to it.
Who owns the software?
CRS owns and maintains the software, and you have a licence to use it. Your business data is always yours.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We’re on hand to support you. Fixing issues and keeping your system running is part of your monthly service fee.
How long does a build take?
It depends on what your system needs to do. You’ll get a clear timeline with your proposal.
