Who we are

Commercial Revenue Systems Ltd (“CRS”, “we”) builds bespoke operating software for businesses. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@commercialrevenuesystems.com

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email address, phone number, business name and the answers you give about your business.
• If you accept cookies: information about how you reached our site from our adverts, collected by the Meta Pixel. If you then send an enquiry, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number is shared with Meta so it can match your enquiry to the advert you saw.

Why we use it

• To arrange and hold your discovery call, send booking confirmations and reminders, and follow up about your enquiry. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• To measure which of our adverts work. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site’s cookies.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run this site and our bookings: EmailJS (sending your enquiry to us), Google Calendar (booking your call and sending confirmations), Netlify (website hosting) and, only if you accept cookies, Meta (advert measurement). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what we need to provide our service.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@commercialrevenuesystems.com. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
